NPM Group together with NPF were the Project Managers and the Head Contractor for the Outrigger Reef Fiji Resort (Formerly Outrigger Reef), a 255 key resort on the Coral Coast, Fiji. This resort has since changed its name to Outrigger on the Lagoons. This design and build turn-key project comprised: - 160 accommodation units and 8 housekeeping stores in four buildings of four story construction
- Single Administration building of four story construction consisting of Conference Facilities, Retail Outlets, Public Toilets, Administration and Reception areas
- Single story construction Porte Cochere to create the appearance of a traditional bure with a bridged access to the Reception area of the Administration Building
- Refurbishment of one existing accommodation building of four story construction consisting of 32 Suites, one Club Lounge and 15 accommodation rooms.
- 47 traditional bure style accommodation
- Service Room Bures for Guest Laundry and Housekeeping facilities
- Casual restaurant and disco complex to give the appearance of traditional Fiji building
- Kitchen and store areas for food storage and preparation for all areas of distribution
- Theme Restaurant constructed of timber floors supported by poles, timber walls and roof structure using poles, roof cladding of traditional thatching

- Staff Facilities & Security Offices
- Workshops - mechanical, carpentry, electrical
- Plant Rooms
- Staff accommodation consisting of 2 bedroom duplexes and 1 bedroom triplexes
- Sundowner Bar - 2 story construction for service of food and beverages to beach area
- Kids Club Bure - single story construction for the entertainment and care of children
- Sports Club Bure - single story construction housing Gymnasium and sports equipment
- Pool Bure - catering for drinks and Guest Toilet Facilities for the pool area
- Guard Huts - Four single story timber framed, thatched roofed buildings for the housing of security personnel at main entrances to the resort site
- Covered walkways - Timber Pole frame construction with traditional thatching
- Landscaping and Pool
- Civil works - including construction of a 450kl reservoir
