NPM / NPF has recently reached practical completion of a high-end 3 storey shopping centre and office building with basement parking in the heart of the retail shopping district in Suva, Fiji. The building incorporates 2 levels of 5-star shopping with 1 level of office accommodation. The centre is state-of-the-art with regulated climate adjusted air conditioning, modern escalators and a high speed lift. It is also very user friendly with modern restrooms, baby-change facilities and has full disabled access. NPM's success in constructing this building demonstrates its' ability to operate within busy areas whilst minimising disruption to neighbouring businesses. |
