The most recent project completed in Fiji by NPF is the Sofitel Denarau Island Resort and Spa Fiji. At the end of 2003 the NPM Group commenced the design and build processes for the 300-key 4 star Novotel Denarau Island Resort Fiji project. As the work progressed, the Principal determined that they could convert the project to a 5-star Sofitel branded resort. The project value was approximately $60M complete with all infrastructure, fit out and operational equipment. |
